RETURN POLICY/CANCELLATION POLICY


Cubeskool are always in happy serving customers and seeing smiles. However our cancellation policy has some basic outline to serve you better.
To cancel your order, please contact our support team at cubeskool@gmail.com / 8438565744. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped from the warehouse.
The Coupon Card will not be cancelled, user can demand an extension of the expiry date within 3 days of purchase
Please contact our support team at cubeskool@gmail.com or 8438565744 if you need to cancel your order. Only orders that haven't been shipped out of the warehouse can be canceled.
For cubes and other puzzles raise a return request within 6 days of the delivery.
More specifically, for timers, larger cubes, and more expensive cubes, it is must to send the package opening video.
After receiving the product, the cubeskool team experts will inspect the product and report.If report not matches the standards. Replacement/Refund will not be issued.
No replacement or Refunf if Product unsatisfaction (i.e., product not meeting expectations, unsatisfactory hand feel), stickerless cubes with minor scratches, normal tensioning adjustments, and cube popping, product replacement with a different  product, and incorrect product the quantity ordered
Proper evidence like videos and photos needed for correct claim,if the details are not meeting our standards. Claim will be rejected.

Important Note:


1. Replacement will be done with the same product as was ordered.
2. Shipping/COD charges will not be refunded.
